give TJS the ability to alert you when a new job is available in your specified area (city/state)
So when you signup for TJS, you put in your location.. And whenever someone tweets a new job in that location, it should alert you somehow (tweet, email, sms)

create more widgets.
Please bring back the original job search widget. Also, it may be neat to have job search widgets specific to different sectors. (i.e. Marketing Jobs widget, IT Jobs widget)

improve salary filter through highest salary option
It should be possible to either set a limit for the highest salary or to select a salary band. For the latter feature please consider as well the possibility to select multiple salary bands. A must have. Thanks.

Using the term architect for IT professionals
I am a licensed architect and I am doing job searches right now. Unfortunately, your use of the term architect seems to be creating a lot of confusion. I responded to one ad for "Security Architect Consultant" only to find that you were not looking for an architect at all. I actually ha... more

Fix highly inaccurate search results
Searches have become highly inacurrate. e.g., For marketing OR communications "winston-salem", results include many, many tweets that do NOT include marketing or communications. I've tried this numerous times with various search terms, and with -exclude terms.
Wayne, unlike a lot of search engines you are probably used to using, we do not just look at keywords in tweets. Our engine actually goes to the full job descriptions linked to in tweets and uses all of that additional information to find jobs that match your search criteria.

RSS feed doesn't filter by city
Although the RSS feed URL specifies the city of interest, the feed contents are UK-wide. This makes the feed pretty unusable unfortunately.

Telecommute Options
Within the oft-requested "location" refinement option, please allow for telecommute positions (those that are non-geo specific), since that is basically it's own location.

end the neverending results.
When the results show that only 13 are found, you should only see 13, for example. the never-ending list either should be removed or set to a page by page list instead of one infinite list.

Potential career openings
Allow recently unemployed persons post their lost job title, company etc. so that it would allow career seekers to communicate with these companies! Vs. the endless list of recruiter postings which seem to dominate twitterjobsearch.
