we’ve got something MAJOR planned for this. Release is set for early 2011.

give TJS the ability to alert you when a new job is available in your specified area (city/state)
So when you signup for TJS, you put in your location.. And whenever someone tweets a new job in that location, it should alert you somehow (tweet, email, sms)

get an icon
As much fun as 'Arial Bold in white' is, TwitterJobSearch needs an icon.

create more widgets.
Please bring back the original job search widget. Also, it may be neat to have job search widgets specific to different sectors. (i.e. Marketing Jobs widget, IT Jobs widget)

improve salary filter through highest salary option
It should be possible to either set a limit for the highest salary or to select a salary band. For the latter feature please consider as well the possibility to select multiple salary bands. A must have. Thanks.

Please add country, state and city in the search
Please add country, state and city in the search. actually country is very important since I only look for jobs in USA and people like me would be looking in their own country,

allow more features in advanced search such as location, etc
The advanced search feature is good but could allow more options such as location, and allow more options to exclude (e.g. I want to exclude Marketing, "business development" but not business or development on their own, exlude finance or financial, etc)

There are already 2 ways to filter by location on the site; 1) enter in your desired location in the search box, along with your job title, or 2) use the refine by location filters on the right hand side.
As far as the business or development issue, just put them in quotations marks and it will eliminate anything with “business development” together.

Favorite Accounts
Much like how the favorite feature works on twitter.com, you would be able to see only job tweets from accounts that you've selected with a star.

bug? nearly everytime i click a link to see a listing, i get "Oooops...page...not found."
hello,
twitjobs is a good idea but as it currently stands, it's frustrating and feels like a waste of time to check the feeds when so many of the links are broken. I check a few times a week, so it's not like i'm clicking on old links. for example: http://jobsurl.com/79dbb2
tried on a variety of browsers. latest v of chrome & FF on windows & mac.
this is a potentially useful tool. i hope you can address the link problem.
thanks.

As far as we are aware, there is no bug with the system. Links are working fine for our users. I would love to solve this issue for you though so please email me at support @ twitjobsearch.com with some more details about what searches you are performing, etc.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Cheers,

Potential career openings
Allow recently unemployed persons post their lost job title, company etc. so that it would allow career seekers to communicate with these companies! Vs. the endless list of recruiter postings which seem to dominate twitterjobsearch.
